We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team, focusing on our social media strategy, content creation, and venue marketing. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a proactive Social Media and Marketing executive to join our marketing team, who is as mad about creating all things brave, bold and beautiful as we are. Working in a fast-paced environment, where no day is ever the same, you must be proactive, enthusiastic and open to all sorts of new and exciting ideas. The role will require you to become fully integrated within the ETM team and will include restaurant marketing and PR work. As the Social Media and Marketing Executive, you will take full ownership of our social media platforms and be responsible for creating engaging, on-trend content. You’ll also be tasked with building strong relationships with third-party partners, venue teams, and local marketing networks. Approximately 75% of your role will be dedicated to social media management and content creation, with 25% of your time spent on venue-specific marketing initiatives and campaign support. In this role you will have the chance to influence and shape the social media presence of one of London’s premier hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will be: A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, inspiring teams to bring campaigns to life (no matter how wacky) An eye for design & creativity- photography/ InDesign/ photoshop skills a bonus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain all profiles, ensuring highlights, Link Stream, press mentions, and campaigns are regularly updated. Manage influencer partnerships and ensure collaboration with external PR teams as needed. Creating TikTok content for ETM Collection Analytical capabilities- able to commercially analyse the impact of marketing activity Skilled in organising and completing work efficiently, accurately and to agreed deadlines Set KPIs for growth in followers, engagement, click-through rates, and email subscriptions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with venue teams, ensuring effective communication between central marketing and local teams.
