Today, the proudly independent eyewear brand has 6 flagship store locations in London, Bath, New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto and has over 2000 Stockists in 50 countries around the world, and online at www.cutlerandgross.com What You’ll Do: Invoice postings Raising payments Managing RIBA Payments Bank statements postings Credit card postings Aged creditors review Manage cash flow and forecast Liaising with the suppliers Finding effortless and economical ways to file invoices and create a paperless system Create rules and improve the invoices and payments authorisation process Liaising with all departments to ensure the invoices are posted and payments made in time Intercompany reconciliation What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Italian and English Excellent communication skills Experience working as a Purchase Ledger in an international company What We’ll Offer You: Frame and sunglass allowance and a generous friends & family discount.
