Managing and optimising our applicant tracking system, ensuring it is always up-to-date, and sharing relevant reports and data with the wider team. Coordinating interviews, screening calls, and managing offers throughout the recruitment process. Identifying qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search). Expanding our Modu consultant network across Product, Delivery, Technology, and Design through social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub). Consistently delivering an outstanding candidate experience and striving to improve it across the team. Engaging with the Modu network to communicate opportunities and available roles throughout the year. Screening and recruiting consultants who align with Modu’s values and operating principles. Collaborating with the Lead Talent Partner to provide weekly updates on sourcing and attraction efforts. Soliciting referrals from current employees and external networks. Promoting our employer brand both online and offline. Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer/Technical Sourcer or similar role, particularly in sourcing engineers, product experts, and designers. Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings). Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present our company and open roles to potential candidates. A conscientious, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. As we’re still a small team we really feel the value of having facetime in the office with our colleagues so we tend to all do a few days a week in the office typically Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Annual Leave 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays plus your birthday off (because no one should work on their birthday). We also close down over the Christmas period so you can fully switch off and enjoy the festive period with family and friends.
