The Area Housing Manager will assist the Communities Director in the delivery of a professional customer focused housing management service that meets the needs of the business. The post holder will be required to work flexibly and collaboratively with relevant internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the management and development of services, which comply with legislative and regulatory requirements. Hours:37 per week Location: This post covers Radius stock in the North West Area, Ballymena and surrounding areas. Effective leadership skills and experience of managing teams and developing initiatives to develop and motivate employees 5. Ability to construct and manage budgets with a focus on managing performance to achieve organisational targets 6.
