We Want
You will run social media for The Agency Lab and selected clients. You will plan content, create it, publish it and track how it performs. You will help grow audiences and keep our work visible and consistent.
Key responsibilities
Build and manage social media plans for each channel
Run the content calendar and schedule posts
Create posts, graphics and short videos
Work with designers and writers when needed
Reply to comments and messages
Track performance and report on reach, engagement and growth
Spot trends and share ideas for new content
Make sure social work fits with wider campaigns
What we’re looking for
Clear writing skills
Good eye for visuals and simple storytelling
Experience running business social accounts
Able to plan ahead and manage deadlines
Confident reading data and improving content based on results
Comfortable working with a small creative team
Nice to have
Basic design skills
Experience with paid social
Experience managing communities or customer interactions
